Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Bgclabel.com accepts returns on regularly priced items within 14 days of your delivery date. All products in an order made using a coupon code are not eligible for return. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. To start your return, please send an email to info@bgclabel.com

Only regularly priced products may be returned for store-credit. All promotional, sale or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned, this includes any products purchased using a promotional code or coupon code. 

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a defective or damaged product from an bgclabel.com purchase, please email our team at info@bgclabel.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you further. 

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

STORE CREDIT

The cost of your returned goods will be issued as store credit. Bgclabel.com does not issue refunds or store credit for the original shipping charges.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Please email us at info@bgclabel.com as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled or edited.
